We have tried to make the form responsive to different gadget screen. However, the application form will have several fields and questions that required alot of thinking and details answered which will be better to input from a bigger screen. You can fill and save them on the go with your mobile, but it's highly recommended to go through them mindfully and completed them on your laptop to make sure everything is filled and completed.
