Nayfeh Al Kurdi was born in Jordan. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Damascus University in English Literature. She started her career in the disability field in Syria after graduation and then moved to work in Jordan. She is certified as a Disability Equality Trainer, a Job Coach Trainer, and a Peer Counselling Trainer for persons with disabilities. She works on several programs to empower persons with disabilities mainly youth and adolescents and their families. She started practicing the middle way of meditation with the Jordanian Thai Meditation center in 2019, afterwards, meditation has become her daily habit.

She found meditation as a tool to face and overcome the challenges of daily life, to feel inner peace, and to live happily with the purified mind. She believes that once we take care of ourselves, we can take care of anything else.
