Clara Butt is a General Manager in an International Franchise brand. She is also a Sales and Marketing Specialist and a Business Coach for the past 25 years. Graduated in London with a distinction in Business Studies, she is excellent in client and project management, oriented with strong ability to communicate effectively in training and facilitating proven ability by offering relevant programmes for franchisees. Motivated with strong ability to communicate effectively with technology, executive, and business audiences. She is a volunteer in Dhammakaya Center Singapore (DCS) since 2006.

She is active in the core committee in planning and organizing major yearly events with the Chief Abbot and staff of DCS. Events such as Local Basic Meditation Courses which have garnered over 6,000 participants in 10 years , yearly Vesak Day events, overseas meditation retreats, and pilgrimage to Thailand each events about 200 participants. Clara Butt currently represents DCS in IRCC (Inter-Racial and Religious Confidence Circle), a government agency platform to promote racial and religious harmony in Singapore. Clara has the passion to meditate and the love to teach. She is one of the Dhamma Assistants to The Chief Abbot of DCS to facilitate weekly Basic Meditation Course. She has the ability to work with the students on their meditation obstacles and experience. if you would like to integrate meditation into your daily routine, Clara Butt can make that happen for you.
