Bárbara discovered meditation in 2010. In 2012, she attended her first meditation retreat with WPI and became a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Trainer by the end of that year. Passionate about the workings of the mind, her work as an Instructor and Facilitator has led her to offer programs and workshops around the world and host regular meditation sessions. As a Mindfulness and Meditation Coach, she works privately with people from all backgrounds and closely with psychiatrists and psychologists to support the treatment and recovery of clinical patients. After completing her Master's in Politics, she gave up the idea of conquering the world, realizing that the world doesn't need more conquerors. Instead, thanks to meditation, she realized that the real conquest is oneself. Bárbara lives in Berlin.
