Many people in Uganda do not see the value of meditation, in fact a very least number of us do meditate, that explains the cold hearts of leaders and citizen, for us who do alot of community service work utilizing the little resources we have, leaders explain us as rich arrogant people, How can we instill a life in these individuals, Gods creatures shouldn't do this
