life is full of stress: work, relationships, colleagues, family .... and right in the middle of all that u get caught and trapped !! It's been 2 weeks that I did my last meditation :/
many things changed in my life since I skipped meditation in my daily routine:
stress has increased , I get easily nervous and cranky :/ I get distracted easily and can;t keep my head in my work , can't focus !
I think this period showed me how meditation is essential and critical in my life !
You are most welcome again. Take on the challenge, and this time make meditation a part of your daily life routine. It has help so many persons in different ways, and it will work for you also.
"Let's be the change we ought to see in the world", and this change starts from within.
