I am new to this community, but I seem to have found what I have been searching for. I have such a desire to work in the field of conflict resolution and peacebuilding, and what better way than to start by building up my own inner peace. I am hopeful and excited to meet people who have had good experiences through this program, and who have found it helpful in their works.

Hello Elizabeth- I saw you in the last moonfest :)-
Im also new- and the best way to start is to give in your day 30 minutes- the results will be better and better every day- and for sure- you will find yourself calm and happy that you will have all the enerys for share it to everybody.
