MEDITATION TRAINING
Why this OPS?
Because i think its what people need to know to enable them live a peaceful and whole life. Then, we can have more Peace Rebels.
Objectives
More Peace Rebels will be produced and they will know more about Meditation as a way of handling conflict situations in our daily life, both mentally and formally.
How to implement it?
I will reach different colleges, extend my intentions to the school authority because my main target are the youths and juveniles. Once, they grant me the request, then i will pick about 3days, for the training. With the help of the Mp3 which i have installed in CD plates, it will help to drive home the mesage.
Benefits
The benefits are, they will learn how to meditate, and leave a peaceful life. And finally, they will become trainers and extend the knowledge to others.
