"Lend a Spirit of Peace"

Why this OPS?

I chose this because I want others to benefit from what I'm am experiencing as a Peace Rookie. Ever since I started meditating, I've seen a lot of changes in my life, in that, I do experience an inner peace and do extend it to others. Henceforth, my greatest joy is to recruit as many persons as I can to join me in the my quest for global peace, by firstly discovering our own inner peace which obviously leads to world peace.

Objectives

The objective is to get others fully understand the importance of meditation. I want my friends relatives and love ones to make meditation a part of their everyday life and see the fruitful outcomes which it brings.

How to implement it?

I intend implementing this by firstly organizing a meditation group, and displaying audio visuals on how to begin meditating, the technique, hereby laying emphasis on the importance of meditation and its history. Next, I would allow everyone share his or her encounter, more or like an ipt journal. With this, I would be able to determine my progress with the group and later expand my scope of operation by having meditation clubs in most schools.

Benefits

There are a lot of benefits, that is, it will help each participant develop a peaceful inner spirit and make them understand its importance. Moreover, I foresee this as a tool to bring together people and lead them in a peaceful pathway.
