OPS Name

spread meditation

Why this OPS?

i feel meditation has changed my life . my first OPS Is to spread the message to many people so they can start practicing too.

Objectives

1.To share about meditation with as many people as i can. 2. To focus more attention to disadvantaged people because its where i come from because its my roots. 3.use the internet to tell my friends on the Ugandan network about meditation.

How to implement it?

1. Talk to people openly about it in small numbers of room 1 to 5 2.use the internet to tell my friends on the Ugandan network about meditation.

Benefits

I Want as many people as possible to learn about meditation because many people here have not heard about it and its something new and probably start practicing too like i do.

Dear Anguyo,

You haven't posted the OP result yet. Please make a little interview of your friends' feeling and comments about this 'Spread Meditation'.

Do your friends like it?

What did you learn from doing it?

What was the most difficult aspect to it?

Summarize your comments.

The OP should contain 5 people or more. Can you invite your friends to come over and meditate with the live meditation (if the internet connection is good enough) or at least use one of the MP3 as a guide?

Anguyo ... I believe you can invite 20 people or more and meditating together at the Victoria lake!

The spread meditation ops

I believe children are the new Generation for peace in the world to rain and reign we should put CHILDREN INNER PEACE cultivation first.

I started off to go to a school I was once a volunteer teacher we had a meditation session with children .

The response was good and the Idea was liked by the children and the head master .

we in the end created a meditation club in the school which will be holding meditations every Friday afternoon for 30 minutes.

We had a discussion about peace and I got so many responses and definitions of peace.

let peace Rain and reign on earth

PIPO

I commend you Dennis! Your efforts and achievement are an inspiration to many. You bring to mind the age old adage ...

"Love that is not demnonstrated in loving action is not love ... but a myth".

By sharing the many benfits the correct daily practice of Meditation can provide. you are planting and watering the tiny seeds of understanding in the minds of these young ones. And these seeds of wisdom will bloom into beautiful fowers of wisdom thanks to your efforts and conviction!
