Why this OPS?

my country is mostly polluted by polythene bags and empty water bottles these are in the water ways and trenches causing stagnant water so i did this as my contribution to my neighborhood.

Objectives

to let the community be a ware of the effects of the pollutions and that they can actually do the cleaning and proper disposal themselves. the children that usually dispose wastes and use the well to understand that it is their responsibility to keep the environment clean

How to implement it?

on a Saturday when the pupils were not in school i engaged them in an hour or two of cleaning a round the well and the trench, i have so far worked with more than 6 kids about the age of 9-15

Benefits

my community is getting and the children understand it is their responsibility to keep it clean, they help proper waste disposal and the members have also come up with dustbins like at my Hostel
