Oct 29, 2009I have invited my neighboring families , friends and friends of friends to join me for a meditation session. Afterward I will discuss the aim of inner peace and explain my personal goals as a peace rebel.

Rogers says:Nov 11, 2009this brother in peace is my best friend at work place, at first we had a talk with this brother of mine in peace about peace revolution and how he can be in peace and practice meditation,then he told me that is not interested but me i continued to do my meditation at work but one day he came to me and asked me "brother why are you so different then i answered to him why do you mean then he told me for you its like you take every thing easy and simple even if some body has done some thing crazy, i replied to him that when you're in peace you just let every thing go and you will have peace" the next day when i was doing my meditating this friend he came to me that he wants to meditate to and i give him the mp3 i had downloaded to start doing meditating but now he cant live with out meditating.

Rogers says:Nov 15, 2009This weekend my friends came at our home to have a meditating session.We used mp3 of Luang Phaw Dhammajayo which are English translated and really we had peace.
and one of my friend was his first time to know about peace and i taught him about peace and now is a peace rebel he loved meditating,
His the guy in black shirt his called abbey,it has been two years since we last meet with each other but when we found our selves on the streets of our city kampala invited him at home but i was happy he came and told him about PEACE REVOLUTION and he was happy to know about it and he promised to come every weekend to meditate with us.
and one of my friend was his first time to know about peace and i taught him about peace and now is a peace rebel he loved meditating,

Rogers says:Nov 15, 2009Another friend of mine who came from a village near Kampala city he was meditating with my sister and abbey.They were using mp3 for Nicholas Thanissaro which helped them and this guys are peace rebels.

I have a friend Miro he stays in the village.
"(i meet miro on Friday 9/11/2009 and he asked me to show him and teach him about the technique to use so that when his meditating his mind is still completely.I told my friend Miro the technique i use when meditating is to stay in center because the center of the body is our friend and its a balancing point of our mind where it can be still when your mind rests there, you are naturally still no effort needed and i call it point of peace,then when he came for our weekend meditating on 14\11\2009, he told me that the technique helped him so much that when his meditating he feels as though everything fades away and his body outside world, that there's only inside and the space there is endless when his mind becomes still he feels like limitless space just opens up and is addicted to meditation.
He told me that now when his meditating he makes sure that his body is in center at list for 2 minutes and he visualize a sun in his center and imagine that the light from tech sun shines for everyone, everywhere and everyone can feel it.And he feels peace.)"

There is light in everyone,just like the sun shines for all the earth,the light of peace shines within everyone.
You know we have days and nights on earth,as the earth rotates around the sun the thing is, the sun is always there still in the same place not moving at all,its the earth that is moving this is the same with the mind, our point of peace, our light is always there but because our mind is moving so much, thinking, feeling just hopping here there, to the past to the future because of all for our mind moving all the time, we cannot see the light or feel the light always but when our mind rests in the 'sun'or the point of light, or the point of peace we feel peace.

The Technique{be in center of your body} am using has become a skill that I want to practice and improve and share with my friends. It teaches you to be aware of yourself, your actions and your thoughts.Peace Revolution is an amazing program for me and I'm sure for anyone who joins, because it is something that brings people from all sorts of background, religion, and beliefs together as a one big loving family.Meditation is a weapon for the battles we all face due to hard life we go through and oppression, mostly because we are youth. The answer is just to meditate.
I had lots of stress because I had problems with my family(sisters)but when I started meditating, everything changed in my life: i reconcile with my family and I became happier, I gained many new friendships, and I was loved in my family.
I am assuring all peace lovers and rebels that there is a solution to all of problems which we are facing, Meditation is the solution and a medicine,it trains you to live happily and to be in peace.it has protected me from doing wrong things instead it has made me a person who is an example to young generation and my family has well.

1. First of all, to live in peace, never use violence against another person or animal.
2. If someone hurts you, do not retaliate with violence or anger. Simply say "please don't do that" and explain to them that violence is our main problem in this world and should be stopped. If they refuse to stop, exit the scene as quickly as possible.
3. When you are angry, do not take that anger out on other people. Find a nice quiet place to stop, take a deep breath, and relax. When you feel calm again get up and get on with your life.
4. People might try to convince you that violence is okay. Stick to your beliefs and politely disagree.
5. Living in peace means more than living in the absence of violence. Try to cultivate peace in all areas of your life by reducing stress as much as possible.
6. Once a day spend at least 30 minutes in a peaceful place, such as under a shady tree or in the park and practice meditating. This helps relax your mind and will keep you from getting angry or trouble. When you're angry, you have little tolerance for much of anything and are more likely to hurt someone.

Family Peace Time
Why this OPS?
I choose this OPS because I am doing IPT with my brothers and sister and we are all having such a good time together as a family, that I would love to share this experience with other families too,
Objectives
To enhance my learning of ipt in order to be able to teach it to others. i begin with my family and friends, afterwords i can reinforce it in my community and workplace.
How to implement it?
I will find out every interested person around me to try doing ipt by giving an introduction on the whole program and i will teach them the stages of how to practice and recommend them to use website for peace revolution so that they can learn more things.
Benefits
To increase awareness of the peace revolution in my area of residence, I hope to encourage others to meditate and share in the benefits of inner peace. I also hope by explaining my goals in achieving inner peace.
