Why this OPS?

I believe it is important that my immediate community understand the principles of inner peace and the goals of peace revolution. I think that increased understanding helps build awareness and support. I look forward to engaging in a positive mediation session that will hopefully generate good dialogue about the spread of peace and how that can be achieved.

Objectives

To plant a seed that will grow and spread the message of peace revolution. I hope to spread peace by showing my immediate community of family and frieds the value of inner peace.

How to implement it?

I have given an open invitation to family, friends and friends of friends to join me for a meditation session. Afterwards I will discuss the aim of inner peace and explain my personal goals as a peace rebel.

Benefits

By increasing awareness of the project in my circle of friends I hope to encourage others to meditate and share in the benefits of inner peace. I also hope by explaining my goals in achieving inner peace I will receive continuing support from my family and friends.

I had a wonderful day meditating with my friends. We did a guided meditation and then had a discussion about the meditation and other experiences people have had with meditation. It was extremely positive and it felt great to share the meditation experience with my friends and family.

The pictures are beautiful! Everyone looks so happy and peaceful...makes me feel like attending one of your Meditation Hour sessions!
