I got new feelings of completion and contentment in me these days after my 42 days program. It is like I have achieved a milestone to my destination.I am feeling more responsible now for all my actions and deeds, words and thoughts as like I am representing PR. Passion to honor all my silent commitments to PR and return all good to everyone as I found in PR has arisen in me:) It is all deep rooted somewhere in my soul and appeared itself. I have peace now and it is the investment of PR which I will return with all the profits:)
I assure you PR community will always find me serving their purpose selflessly:)
Now I practice meditation as part of my life. It is more like a meal of three times a day.
I want to be with this feeling till the end of my life. forever and ever. No matter I could be retreat or not. I am part of peace revolution and it is so good:)

Today is the day of celebrations for me. I did it. My God!!!
I did it.

I have so many things to say. I want to share my happiness, my love, kindness, inner beauty with you. I want to express and show all y feelings of ultimate joy and true feelings I have for you all.

It was really a revolution in me.

I found the truth, I found the love
I have found the freedom
Like a flying dove
I am the kindness, I am the beauty,
Spreading this all
Is like my duty
Sun has risen
Moon has shone
All the negativity
Has now gone
I learnt to accept
I learn to forget
I learn to move forward
Without any regret
I feel the present
I feel the oneness
The most of all
I am the stillness


There are so many great experiences.
-The day when I learnt to accept every moment that comes to me.
-The day when I felt true freedom first time i my life ever
-The day when I felt the stillness in me for the first time.
-The day when I learnt to be present and that is the true living actually.
-The day of meditation with Love and Kindness mantra, filling me with love and kindess to.
And there are so many:)

It is so true that it is not the struggle of forcing ourselves towards the center and make ourselves to feel peace. It is our inner coming out and feeling and observing this revolution inside us. It is so good to see changing ourselves so easily and gradually that it simply amaze you.

Because otherwise, making our mind to feel so and developing self discipline in us is not so easy.

Today when I sat down for the IPT, I felt my mind roaming around because of the office work, but it could not prolong for long as I felt myself in my center and then emerging from there. I like this feeling so much and enjoy it alot.
Day by day my span of stillness is improving and it makes me feel as achievement. hehe..I feel heavenly this way:)

That is very true that ease comes when we think that it is easy.
SO with this feeling I visualize myself on the peak of the peace as I have found my destination because there was nothing difficult in doing that. With this belief I could do it amazingly. Though for a small span of time but I found myself all covered in happiness. The above single sentences took me out of such a bog illusion of the life.
It is fact it is our preception and interpretation that make us feel difficulties, fear, impossibilities otherwise nothing is far from you what you really want in your life.

Today I focused to my center. Due to tough office work timing thses days I could only do it for 30 minutes but there 30 minutes were like charging myself for the whole day.

I felt myself in my center and then rising from there and then expanding towards outer side. Center was the technique I enjoyed today and that made me so lighter.

It makes me feel of what I am in real as yesterday's PIA taught that we are not what we are looking in the mirror.
I found myself in center.

Though sometimes it is not very easy to accept this reality but still it is the truth and meditation makes us to learn to accept which is very essential to be present and still.
I have faith in it. But this faith needs to be firm.

Today I sat down in my room and set the temperature of my room to be comfortable. I made myself to feel detached from everything in this world. To practice this fourth exercise, I felt no attachments, no responsibilty and felt myself as a feather floating here and there in the air.

IPT together with the family, mom sisters and brother. We had wonderful time and found us in peace with love and kindness. Then enjoyed tea time.:)

This is what I believe in but the way you describe it is great. I love to look at everybody on this earth as a family member. I feel everyone known to me just because of being human and that is so sufficient for me to love to them.
My IPT was very important for me today as I need so much for my tough busy day ahead. I chose sun in my center lightening up my body and energizing me for efforts I want to make in my project. Then I feel the generosity of sun in me. Sun shines on every nook and corner of the earth without excluding anyone. Sun does not differentiate in poor and rich, good or bad, pretty or ugly. Sun extends its love to all. I attained that generosity from sun.
