I find changes in me after my regular Practice of meditation. Meditation is the easy means of achieving inner peace and knowing the self in a best way. Meditation has always provided me with peace energy and good feelings. I want to share this experience of mine to my friends around. I am sure this practice will help my friends to achieve the sense of peace in their mind and cultivate positive feelings in them. Moreover, this practice helps to learn some techniques of meditation which can be applied in the regular practice to go in the deeper self and discover the inner peace and happiness.
People have always been busy with their daily lives and works. They have less time to themselves. The first objective of the special OPS is to get in touch with the inner self, discover the inner sense of our being and find the peaceful energy and happiness hiding in us. The next objective is to cultivate the sense of responsibility of creating peace in us and peace of others through meditation practice.
I have already shared my experience of meditation practice and its benefits to my friends. They have also shown their interest in finding their own inner peace.So, we have planned to start this practice session together online from the help of peace coach. We all are ready for that. We will conduct this in one of my friends house, where there is good internet connection.
I first described my friends about the meditation and peace revolution project. Before the start, we did some stretching and breathing exercise. During the online session, I helped them with the translation as well. It was great as everyone showed their interest and active involvement.
I was happy as I am able to engage my friends and relatives for the inner peace time. It is my first achievement. And, everybody experienced good during the session. They said, it was quite hurting at the begining but slowly and slowly they find it going smoother and to the deeper self. They are all happy to give time for their self and for inner peace. They found meditation a best option for the inner peace.
Enforcer #1It was a nice experience for me to have the inner peace. It was quite difficult at first and i could not focus or concentrate at my center. But, with close eyes and mantra later I found myself in position of comfort and peace. My mind was wandering but I guess i need to practice it regularly. In the session, the monk described the technique more clearly. i am thankful to him, peace revolution team and santosh for this wonderful experience.
