Why this Special Ops?

My friends from my capoeira group started to ask me for meditation orientation and we decided to meditate together

Objective

To do a meditation with these friends so they can start to feel and to search for inner peace as well.

Proposal

After the capoeira class I will guide a meditation based on the things I learned from Peace revolution!

Why this Special Ops?

I'm at my home city at this week, where my family and some special friends lives and it would be wonderful to meditate with them. Beyond that, I think this is a special week of the year, between Christmas and New Year, when people are with an open heart and mind and planning good things for the next year that comes!

Objective

The objective is to do a group meditation and share the techniques of Peace Revolution with them, so we can create together a peace energy that we can use and share in our daily life. It is a good new year resolution!

Proposal

I will create a cozy atmosphere for the meditation and, after the meditation I will ask them to tell how their experience was and if they can share one technique they know to inner peace. I’ll also ask them to say a word that represents what we wish to all the people in 2012.

The special ops was wonderful!
We were 8 doing the meditation: my mother, my two sisters and four special friends!
We started doing some breathing exercises and some stretching.
The meditation was great and in the end everybody shared their experiences. Some of them had some questions related to their experiences and feelings. And some of them said they didn’t want to open their eyes at the end as it was so nice…
To close the night we sang a beautiful brazilian song that says “the force of peace grows more and more, (we wish) the end of boundaries. We are one!! Love, love love… this is a message of love. Love all people as you love yourself. This is love”
And we love! And we love…
With my heart full of happiness I thank you all from peace revolution for this moments of peace , silence and love!
