Special Ops: Lets meditate! :)

I want to meditate with my friends, and be close to them.

That we can have a peacefull day, and with clear mind.

I will join some friend in person, and others by internet, so we can meditate together.

Special Ops: PIPO here- PIPO there- PIPO everywhere !!! - August 23 -

This was my first online meditation I tryed to organize. I shared my experiences with some friends and they liked it- so we organized on morning to start our day meditating.

Spread meditation as a way of still our mind and be in our center.

In a center called BINDU- that some friends created- I shared with them the idea of been together in the morning and meditate together. Try to start the day meditate is a great way to still our mind and create internal peace.

Special Ops: PIPO TO MEXICO - 2011-09-15-

Independence day was approaching- and in Mexico we heart a lot of violence news. Also- in the missions for Peace Please- I noticed people were not believing in Peace and were not having clear PIPO.

Start to creat into friends heart that we can reach to Peace-

Giving to friends the opportunity in belive.

The meditation was amazing!!-

Special Ops: Kids in an Orphanage

Being with children that not life with their parentes and spend time with them and help them to see inside them- is beutiful.

Help the children to see what they have inside them.

Im going twice per week to the orphanage

The children stay with calm, tranquility and peace.

Talking about see the central of our body- I asked children after meditate to draw what they see- I share with them "..Imagine that you are lying down on the grass and looking up at the stars at night....""...But instead of looking at the sky, you are gazing upon a star in your body...." The meditation time with the children, has been incredible... but I noticed is hard for them to stay with the eyes close, so I made an activity today, and I cover their eyes and we stay listening for the exterior- but imagining in our center the sun... At the end we feel so much love!!!- I notice how good the kids are receiving the meditacion time :D!!!!2011-08-19 22:38:04

I saw the video with the kids- it was really helpfull and they liked it!!.... The challenge now will be to mantain the calm and stay in postition... But they had been enjoyed the meditation time... That is a great achievement the did not know nothing about meditation....2011-08-24 19:42:37
