after online meditation in PR skype my friends come with me to my farm , between a large green area full of trees , we start meditation again with meditate sound..

Yes my relaxation is now gaining momentum. Although abit tricky but now I can find the center of my body and bring my mind right there wow. This lesson is now getting interesting every moment i undertake it.
Yes, i felt more relaxed than yesterday. i was sitting on the flor (yesterday on the sofa), with srteight back. the video and voice was very helpful to do everything right. most of the time mind was clear and empty.
The mantra is the best way for me at the beging "I am love and ligh of god", with the time of the meditation I can see and feel the object the sun, in the center of my body to irradiate of all the body in side and then out side around the planet to give love and peace. I realite enjoy and apreciate this time of calm and silent inside and outside, my soul is feeling the really peace. The meditation experience of today was wonderful feel the calm in the center of my body and then irradiate of all of them, I feel like an eyes inside of observer me with calm to be peace, I feel warm with me object the sun, my brain feel like a massage of love, all my body feel love and calm.
Yes, I did. Yesterday and today I keep my mind in my center. I always arrive to my bedroom, I close the door, I sit on my zafu (pillow), my back remain straight throughout meditation. I am breathing very slowly. I concentrate in my center. I feel free. I always visualizing a brillant moon in my stomach. I concentrate in my center only and my breathe. I enjoy to breathe gently.
Preety well on today. I did and it was too nice for me. That was a very nice experience for me.
Yes when that happens, I quitely manage to bring back my mind and made it still.
Too well I live with complete happiness when meditating.
It is my habit now. I just enjoy it.
I am not sure how the situation will be when we start meditate for 4 hours a day, probably hard but let's do this for ourselves (I hope I will still be talking this after few days of practice :D)!
