This phase of the program asks you lots of questions about who you are and it is intended to be a personal investigation into you: how you see yourself both inside and outside. In this section, we help you develop a personal plan of action that you can, if you would like to, complete in Stage 4. Again, your IPT or meditation experience is a continuing (and vital) part of the program so you are encouraged to write in your Inner Peace Time (IPT) Journal each day.
